Hotel Martinez
We helped the legendary Hotel Martinez, a luxury 5 star hotel based in Cannes, on the French Riviera, to recruit new staff and make hospitality more attractive. After reviewing the employer branding and interviewing current employees, we defined a new communication strategy and messaging. We then launched a multi-channel campaign consisting of radio spots, (Kiss FM), creative in print (Nice Matin), a press release and digital campaign. Over 150 candidates turned up to the recruitment day and the campaign was praised in several news outlets as a “refreshing campaign for the usually dull luxury hospitality sector” (20 minutes, France Bleu) We started with a disgnostic, interviewing different audiences and tiers to understand their feedback and then created a new strategy & positionning, designed new products & propositions, to ensure the airport’s loyalty program remained at the top of its category – while improving the passenger experience!
