We’re an experiential marketing agency of strategists, producers, creatives, designers, and talented problem solvers  and we’re growing our team. We want someone who’s hungry to learn, ready to collaborate, and excited to dive into the rich banquet of experiential, content, brand activations and experiences we serve every day.

THE ROLE

We’re looking to add to our roster of freelance 3D experiential designers. You’re someone who’s excited to create environments for a range of brands and industries, comfortable jumping into creative conversations, and confident designing across scales and formats. You understand how to make compelling spaces that connect with people physically, emotionally, and visually.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES

 

  • Designing environments and experiences for live brand activations.

  • Developing smart, elegant responses to complex design challenges, with attention to budget, feasibility, and impact.

  • Managing timelines and deliverables across multiple projects with autonomy and efficiency.

  • Producing strong 3D visualizations, renderings, and layouts to express creative concepts clearly.

  • Collaborating with internal teams and external partners including fabricators and producers.

  • Potential for occasional travel to support site visits, installs, or shows (optional).

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A portfolio showcasing experiential or spatial design work for brand environments.

  • Skills in both 2D and 3D: from environmental graphics to spatial layouts and rendered environments.

  • Solid understanding of fabrication and production workflows, from concept through install.

  • Proficiency with SketchUp, V-Ray or Podium, Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Bonus: Motion/video fluency (After Effects, Premiere, etc.) is a plus.

  • 2–6+ years of experience in an agency, studio, or comparable field as an experiential or environmental designer.
