Celio, a historic and major clothes fashion retailer, asked us to launch a new loyalty program to replace the limited newsletter, to stimulate customer engagement. We helped them create a new customer experience, proposition, branding, naming, tone of voice, a claim and the value proposition, to differentiate the program from the other fashion loyalty programs. We started with a disgnostic, interviewing different audiences and tiers to understand their feedback and then created a new strategy & positionning, designed new products & propositions, to ensure the airport’s loyalty program remained at the top of its category – while improving the passenger experience!
