Brand Presence at All4Customer Paris

All4Customer takes place each April in Paris and is the leading French event for customer experience, CRM, loyalty, digital marketing, and the technology that powers all of it. Around 15,000 professionals attend across two days – marketing directors, CRM managers, digital transformation leads, and the technology and agency partners that serve them. It is a focused, sector-specific event and the audience is close to real buying decisions.

What does brand presence at All4Customer look like?

The format is an exhibition at Porte de Versailles. Most exhibitors are technology vendors, agencies, and service providers. The audience is professional and comparative – people evaluating solutions and providers, not browsing for inspiration. A stand that communicates clearly what the brand does, for whom, and why it is better than the alternatives will consistently outperform one that prioritises atmosphere over information.

Live demonstrations and interactive elements work particularly well at All4Customer. Visitors respond to seeing platforms and products in action rather than hearing about them. If you have something to show, show it.

What does agency support involve?

Stand design and build, on-site event production, and any parallel programme of demonstrations, presentations, or hosted sessions. The brief at All4Customer is typically tighter and more contained than at VivaTech or Maison & Objet – it rewards precision over production spectacle.

Some brands also use All4Customer week to host a private client event or roundtable in Paris, which runs separately from the stand and serves a different audience and objective.

What does it cost?

All4Customer is one of the more accessible Paris events from a production cost perspective. Stand production and a side event or client dinner are achievable without the investment levels required at VivaTech or Maison & Objet. We will give you accurate figures based on your brief.

When should we start planning?

All4Customer is in April. Planning should begin in January or February for anything beyond a basic stand. The event is well-organised and lead times are more forgiving than the larger Paris shows, but good stand designers and builders are in demand across the Paris spring season.
